Product Safety Recall – Coloured Sand for Unity Ceremony
Gem’s Wedding Supplies is recalling our Coloured Sand for Unity Ceremony products. Testing has found asbestos (tremolite) in the coloured sand. Asbestos can be harmful to your health and should not be present in consumer products. We are working with the ACCC to manage this recall.
This product was sold online through Gem’s Wedding Supplies and online marketplaces. These products were supplied between approximately 1 October 2023 and 28 November 2025.
All customers should stop using these products immediately and place the product in a heavy-duty plastic bag.
